A. Polish for headlight optics

Step 1: Preparation:

Wash the headlight optics thoroughly to remove any soiling.

Protect the edges of the optics.

Step 2A: Treatment of frosted areas and yellowing:

1. Rub the optics firmly to obtain a finish using the "Quixx Scratch Remover For Acrylic Glass", the polishing cloth and the sanding block. Rub firmly and quickly for a quick result.

2. Proceed to step 2B if the optics are extremely deteriorated or if you certainly cannot completely clean the areas using the polish.

Step 2B: for heavily soiled optics:

1. Uniformly sand the surface of the optics to be treated horizontally using the sanding block with 2000 grit water-based sandpaper, until major defects disappear. Remove any residue.

2. Uniformly sand the surface of the optics to be treated vertically using the sanding block with 3000 grit water-based sandpaper, until minor defects disappear. Remove any residue.

3. Once again, uniformly sand the surface of the optic to be treated horizontally using the sanding block with 5000 grit water-based sandpaper, until a smooth and uniform surface is obtained. Remove any residue.

4. Rub the treated surface firmly in a vertical direction using the "Quixx Scratch Remover For Acrylic Glass", the polishing cloth and the sanding block, until obtaining a mirror finish. Rub firmly and quickly for a quick result.

Step 3: Final steps:

Remove any residue with a damp cloth

Remove the protections around the lighthouse

B. Protective coating for optics "Quixx Headlight Lens Sealer"

1. Thoroughly clean the headlight optics

2. Spray the protective coating on the optics and distribute evenly with one of the cloths provided in the kit.

3. Leave to dry for 5 to 10 minutes so that a thin protective film forms.

4. Polish the optics with a clean cloth to obtain a perfect shine.

For optimal protection, repeat the application every 3 months.
