Produced between 1962 and 1966, the AC Cobra is a sports car of Anglo-American origin. The chassis and the body are of English origin. The engine, meanwhile, is an American V8 mated to a four-speed manual gearbox. We owe this achievement to Mr. Carroll Shelby , racing driver, unable to beat the famous Italian Ferraris in the GT category. He then undertakes to embark on the realization of a model on an AC basis. He grafted him an original V8 Ford 4.2l engine (the famous 260). This combination is very relevant on the track. The Cobra myth is born!
