Since the first quarter of 2021, payment for your purchases by credit card on the Comptoirducabriolet.com website and all French and European e-commerce players has been stepped up.
This new security system follows the new payment regulations: the DSP2 .
Its role is to secure your payment by ensuring that you are the originator of the purchase. Your bank details will thus be more protected.

What is DSP2 ?
The European Directive on Payment Services 2 aims to protect consumers and increase the security of online transactions by implementing a new 3-D Secure standard.

To prove your identity, you will have to answer 2 of the 3 following conditions :
• A password or code known only by you (password, date of birth of a third party, name of the dog ...)
• A mobile phone that only you have
• A personal characteristic about you (voice recognition, facial recognition, fingerprint)

How does it work?
Once your order has been placed and your bank details entered, you will be automatically redirected to your bank's authentication site .

For this, we advise you to:
Download the mobile application from your bank and from activate the application notifications.
You will then be asked to enter the code (code received by SMS) or your bank's authentication password. Once the authentication has been validated, you will be returned to the Comptoirducabriolet.com website.
Note that if an error message appears after the process, you just have to repeat the operation.

2-Add DPAN to the list of your beneficiaries
For some banks, it is necessary to register DPAN as the authorized beneficiary of your transfers.
This process may take a few days.
Once our bank details are saved, you can easily pay for your purchases.

3-Make the bank transfer
