Austin Healey 100-6 BN4/3000 BT7 (1957-1962)

The Austin-Healey 3000 is a sporty built from 1959 to 1967. This racing car of the time shines in many rally competitions and was driven by many big names with for example Carroll Shelby .

The first 1959 version (MK1) replaces the Austin-Healey 100-6, no bodywork change but a change with a new 2,900 engine cm3 and some internal parts. This model exists in 2 (BN7) and 4 places (BT7) and was produced until 1961 with 13,650 units built.

The second version (MK2) is built between 1961 and 1963, an aesthetic change with a new front grille and some engine changes once again. In 1962, a convertible version was created only in 4 places to 18,000 copies.

The third and last version (MK3) was launched in 1963 until 1967 with some engine modifications.
