The BMW Z8 and its neo-retro look is a roadster that was produced from 2000 to 2003 with only 5,700 copies and only 49 cars will have been delivered in France. This model was strongly inspired by the mythical BMW 507 , one of the most beautiful achievements of the brand, despite the commercial failure of the time!

Initially the model was a concept car under the name Z07 . After a huge success at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1997, the German brand decided to make a model produced in limited series called Z8 .

The car automatically has the brand's famous V8 ( the same as the M5 E39 ) with a version specifically modified by the Motorsport

The result? a power of 400 horsepower , a 0 to 100 km / h in 4 , 7 seconds and a top speed of 260 km / h . In addition to the engine, it has a very light frame of 230kg (thanks to an aluminum trellis) .
