Mobile pressure sandblaster - ToolAtelier®

This 38 liter portable sandblaster is ideal for treating bodywork (automobile chassis, side members, etc.). It will allow you to strip, remove rust from large parts that do not always fit in the sandblasting cabins with sleeves.

The aggregates are contained in a sealed tank pressurized, released thanks to the sandblasting valve (the output of the aggregates is constant and powerful: ideal for powerful stripping).

This sandblaster is delivered with:
• 1 sandblasting valve
• 4 ceramic nozzles:
- 2 mm nozzle, flow rate 200L / min, compression 2-3 CV
- 2.5 mm nozzle, 300L / min flow rate, 5.5 HP compression
- 3 mm nozzle, 420L / min flow rate, 7.5 HP compression
- 3.5 mm nozzle, 710L flow rate / min, compression 10 CV
• 1 plastic funnel to load the abrasive with different grain sizes
• 1 2.5m hose
• 1 overpressure safety valve
• 1 pressure manometer
• 1 filter with pressure regulator

This "professional" sandblaster composed of a filter regulator and a tank meets CE standards.

We recommend that you use abrasives based on alumina oxide (aluminum oxide), silicon carbide (ceramic derived from almost exclusively artificial mineral) or noble corundum with ceramic nozzles and a powerful compressor.
