Installation:

Installation is simple:

The support must be completely degreased in order to obtain a satisfactory result, we recommend that you clean the support and check that there is no fatty substance.
The support must be at a temperature of 15 ° Minimum - We advise you to bring the 2 supports to temperature so that the glue can polymerize. to do this, use a heat gun or a hair dryer, especially in winter.
If you need to shape it around concave or convex pieces, you can make diamond point type cuts (if the shape is complex make a paper template and transfer it to the plate).
Peel off the protective film partially. CAUTION: The adhesive is very strong. Position the baking sheet and bubble with a roller or a smoothing squeegee.
If bubbles are trapped, use a cutter to empty them, this will ensure better grip over time.
If you fear that water will seep between the sheet metal and the vibrogum, we recommend that you make a seal around the periphery.
CAUTION! this bituminous product is fragile, it becomes rigid and brittle in cold weather.

If plates are damaged during transport, you can use them by heating them before installation.
